I’m hardly bloated anymore and I’m starting to notice changes to muscle definition when I’m active. My stomach is a lot flatter and I can feel abs which is strange haha. Down from 10st 6 to 10st. Down 1% body fat. Feel a lot better and more active. Thank you so much for helping me figure out exercise, still got a lot to learn but I’m happy to do a lot more now!

I decided to enlist the help of Jonathan 16 months ago. I was running/ cycling regularly and I wanted to start strength training – but I didn’t have the knowledge or confidence to try it!
Jonathan introduced me to lifting weights and I am now a complete convert. From the beginning he has been friendly, patient and encouraging – and I am a slow leaner! At the end of every session, he takes the time to point out improvements, gains and things that I did well- which is exactly the encouragement I need to keep going. He also strikes the balance well – he pushes me to do things, but doesn’t push me so hard that I dont want to come back.
Since I started training with Jonathan I have seen results – I have lost fat, gained lean muscle and have found the motivation to keep going to the gym.”

I began my personal training sessions as I was starting to worry about my body weight and shape as I approached my 40’s. I was a little apprehensive about the training sessions as I wasn’t confident in my abilities and not sure how personal trainers understand each individual’s goals and issues. All this changed in the first 2-3 sessions with Tom and my confidence is growing each and every session.
Within the first 6 weeks I started to feel the difference in my body and have seen incredible changes since then. I’ve lost 24 kilos in 6 months which would’ve been impossible without Tom’s help.
Tom managed to guide me well in all aspects of weight loss including exercises, diet control and he also provided the complete breakdown of daily plans which was essential for me to understand healthy eating habits. He taught me different kinds of exercises and always made the sessions interesting. I would happily recommend Tom to anyone who is looking for Personal Training.

I thoroughly enjoy my weekly circuit training with Jon he gives me so much advice in all aspects of training, diet and keeping fit which has given me a lot more confidence. Jon gives so much encouragement to keep me going which we all need.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and my specialist advised me to find a personal trainer. I met Jonathan a week later, he understood my situation. I am now stronger and healthier and developed a love the gym. That is all because of Jonathans ability to make every session enjoyable.
