I feel that going to the gym and working out can be monotonous, boring and strenuous. However, Jonathan makes sure that it’s not. I Injured my back, shoulder, wrist (separately) at work, and I had surgery done on my left arm, and Jonathan tailored work outs that allowed me to progress physically without disturbing my arm, the same thing about my other injuries. I also find the work outs to be entertaining, which for me is why I usually stop going to the gym, getting bored with routines doesn’t really motivate me at all.. but jonathan makes them fun and its really interesting to me personally since I tend to get a scientific explanation on why we are doing this exercise.
