Thanks so much for the challenge! It’s proper sorted me out and I feel so much better for it. In just over 6 weeks my weight dropped from 90kg to 80kg and my body fat has dropped from 28% to 21.4%.

I’m hardly bloated anymore and I’m starting to notice changes to muscle definition when I’m active. My stomach is a lot flatter and I can feel abs which is strange haha. Down from 10st 6 to 10st. Down 1% body fat. Feel a lot better and more active. Thank you so much for helping me figure out exercise, still got a lot to learn but I’m happy to do a lot more now!

I was really nervous about joining a gym due to a history of eating disorders and a chronic joint problem but Jon has made the experience enjoyable and easy going. I decided to enlist the help of Jonathan 16 months ago. I was running/ cycling regularly and I wanted to start strength training – but I didn’t have the knowledge or confidence to try it!
Jonathan introduced me to lifting weights and I am now a complete convert. From the beginning he has been friendly, patient and encouraging – and I am a slow leaner! At the end of every session, he takes the time to point out improvements, gains and things that I did well- which is exactly the encouragement I need to keep going. I began my personal training sessions as I was starting to worry about my body weight and shape as I approached my 40’s. I was a little apprehensive about the training sessions as I wasn’t confident in my abilities and not sure how personal trainers understand each individual’s goals and issues. All this changed in the first 2-3 sessions with Tom and my confidence is growing each and every session.

Within the first 6 weeks I started to feel the difference in my body and have seen incredible changes since then. I’ve lost 24 kilos in 6 months which would’ve been impossible without Tom’s help.

Tom managed to guide me well in all aspects of weight loss including exercises, diet control and he also provided the complete breakdown of daily plans which was essential for me to understand healthy eating habits. He taught me different kinds of exercises and always made the sessions interesting. I would happily recommend Tom to anyone who is looking for Personal Training.

Nick - "Jon’s approach has helped me realise it’s not all about the scales but how my body changes and how clothes fit"

Been working with Jon for the last 10 weeks and in that time have seen a huge change. Weight is down 9.1kg, but I really like Jon’s approach to weight, I use to be glued to the scales and if I saw an increase, I would beat myself up. Jon’s approach has helped me realise it’s not all about the scales but how my body changes and how clothes fit. I also enjoy how Jon will work with you and set a calorie goal based on your activity levels. Jon encourages you not to be strict with food, I am 9.1kg down but haven’t had given up maccies, kfc, Dominos, treats etc, I am just more mindful on macros. Anyone thinking of getting a PT, I highly recommend Jon, his sessions are enjoyable (at the end) but honestly, I’ve never felt better than what I do now!

Jon is a fantastic PT. I’ve been working with him for the past 12 months. During this time, he has helped me to improve my posture and achieve my body build goals in becoming fitter and stronger. During the sessions he ensures I keep the correct form and posture while exercising to better achieve my goals. He has also provided me with workout programs to do between sessions in the gym. During lockdown he has kept me motivated to not let it go and keep training, and has given me a series of workout plans every week, to do. I definitely recommend Jon. His sessions are very good and he’s a very encouraging person and supportive.

Jon is a great PT – I’ve been with him now about 18 months and I can’t believe how much fitter and healthier I feel! We do a combination of weight training with HIIT circuits which I thoroughly enjoy.
